If you’re ever in Colorado and plan to check out Boulder (which is way more awesome than I’d originally anticipated), you have to try out the [1] Med in the Pearl street area.
The ambiance is brilliant and so much fun, the food is probably the best I’ve ever eaten, and the ultra-cute waitresses wear the tiniest skirts!
