I cut out [1] the section [~ 3.1 MB] of the recently released [2] History of Doom video that appealed to me the most. This is yet another reason why [3] id rocks. They understand the mindset of the obsessed-gamer type. We probably have no lives, but we have feelings.

In related news, I’ve swapped the ATI Radeon X800 Pro for an overclocked nVIDIA GeForce 6800 GT on the [4] components list for the new rig. I know I swore off [5] nVIDIA “for good” when they ruined [6] 3dfx, but [7] recent benchmarks have resulted in me selling out.

Yes, I am weak.
